Our own rubber mixing workshop and mold pressing vulcanization workshop ensure full control over the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Raw materials are purchased in bulk to maintain the consistency of the mixed rubber’s performance and avoid quality fluctuations caused by external processing or unstable performance due to different batches of raw materials. We use an AI visual inspection system to conduct 100% online inspection of the sealing surface flatness and dimensional tolerance (accuracy ±0.1mm), ensuring a 100% qualified rate of products leaving the factory.

Using a 3L internal mixer, we analyze customer technical requirements at one time when developing new formulas, and design three schemes (high, medium, and low) based on the actual working conditions of the product for customers to choose from.
