Qingdao Hengjun Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in Jimo District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of high-performance sealing components and industrial rubber products. We have a production facility of 6,000 square meters and over 50 experienced professionals, specializing in the production of seals, O-rings, engine cylinder gaskets, rubber tracks, etc., which are suitable for global industries such as automobiles, agriculture, construction and heavy machinery. The company has passed ISO9000 and TS16949 certification, has its own internal laboratory, and strictly adheres to international standards to ensure reliable and durable solutions that can adapt to harsh operating environments.

In various fields such as hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, aerospace, and automotive components, we have inherent advantages in designing our own formulas, producing our own rubber compounds, and vulcanizing our own products for special requirements such as rubber sealing, shock absorption, and acid and alkali resistance.

The conditions that can be met: high temperature resistance up to 300 degrees, strong acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, oil resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance while maintaining flexibility, rubber insulation and electrical conductivity. We will design the performance of the product according to the working conditions to achieve good quality and low price. We do not produce rubber; we are just rubber transporters

The engine cylinder gaskets we produce mainly include molded pure rubber engine oil pan and cylinder gaskets with skeletons. The skeleton materials include stainless steel 304, galvanized iron plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, etc.

Compatibility: diesel/gasoline engines, motorcycles, Marine engines.

We independently developed rubber tracks without iron teeth. Each 400mm wide track weighs only 28KG. The internal support uses the most advanced domestic fiberglass rods, which are harder than iron and lighter than plastic. The small tracks of our small excavators and skid loader have received consistent praise from customers
