In-depth analysis of chemical media: the medium in contact is engine oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, acid-base solutions, steam or seawater? Its composition, concentration, temperature? These factors profoundly affect the chemical aging process of the rubber, such as swelling, hardening, and degradation. Our laboratory is equipped with complete compatibility testing equipment for media, simulating the real environment for verification.
Microscopic dissection of dynamic wear: For products such as tracks and seals that endure friction and wear, we deeply study the wear mechanism (grain wear, adhesive wear, fatigue wear), analyze the composition of wear debris, and optimize the rubber formula (such as type of carbon black and filling amount) and product structure design to maximize the service life.
